How do I order my wedding dress?
When you have browsed the dress styles and chosen the perfect dress for you, simply follow these easy steps:
- Click on the picture of the dress you wish to purchase
- Choose a colour from the drop down menu (white is the default colour)
- Fill in your measurements in the boxes provided
- Click “Add to Cart”
- If you have finished shopping, click on “Checkout” on the right hand side of the page
- Review your purchase details, carefully checking your measurements are correct
- Complete your contact and shipping details in the boxes provided
- Complete payment through PayPal, Visa or Mastercard

How long will it take to receive my order?
After your payment is processed and your order details are checked and approved, your order is sent to our manufacturer to be custom made.You will receive an email notification once your wedding dress is shipped to us, but if you have questions in the meantime you are welcome to contact us by email or phone.
In the unlikely event problems arise with your order we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone – rest assured we will be able to resolve any issues.This process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks, occasionally with another 3-4 days for DHL or Australia Post to deliver directly to you. In most cases, you will be trying on your beautiful custom-made wedding dress within 4 weeks!
When should I order my wedding dress?
We recommend you allow at least 6 weeks.However, you can place your order as far in advance of your wedding date as you like, which will give you peace of mind if there are any small alterations to complete.
Is there a charge for sales tax?
No – we have absorbed any sales tax fees where applicable.
Can I return or exchange my wedding dress?
In the unlikely event that your wedding dress arrives with some quality or workmanship defect we will immediately facilitate an exchange or refund your money in full. Because we want you to be totally happy with your wedding dress, we have put in place a detailed style and measurement guide so you should have minimal alterations when you receive your gown.Therefore, we ask that you are very careful about choosing the style, taking your measurements, selecting the right colour and other specifications (as asked for during the ordering process) before submitting your order.Please note that we cannot refund money for a dress that has been made to incorrect measurements.For an exchange or refund to take place, we ask that you send us the wedding dress within 5 business days of receipt. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further clarification.
