Why are your prices so good?
We are able to offer our Bridal Collections online at such great prices because we operate lower overheads than retail outlets; without paying for rental fees, sales staff, power, advertising etc. Also, we deal directly with the manufacturer - no middleman to mark up prices then on-sell to retailers. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we happily pass the savings onto you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After your payment is processed and all of your order details are approved, the orders are then custom made and take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to produce and have delivered. You will also receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 3-4 days for DHL or Australia Post Delivery to reach you. In most cases you can enjoy your Dream Gown 4 weeks after you place your order.
In the unlikely event that there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone to resolve any issues.
When should I order?
To be sure - Allow at least 6 weeks to produce and have delivered, even though in many cases you can enjoy your Dream Gown 4 weeks after you place your order. Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will have some peace of mind if there are any small alterations to complete.
How do I make an Order?
Simply click on the Dress of your choice, then fill out the measurement details below your order. Then click Add to Cart, and you will be taken to payment options - Paypal, Visa, Mastercard. It's that easy.
If you prefer to pay by cheque, money order or Bank Transfer, then just send to our address. Make payments to: Asiabridge. For Bank transfer information, please send us an email and we will send you the relevant information.
Can I return or exchange items?
If your Gown arrives with some quality defect or poor workmanship then we would absolutely allow a return or refund your mony back. We know this is a very special day for you and we want you to be looking most beautiful; this is why we have put into place the detailed measurement form so that you should have minimum alterations to do when you receive your gown. Please be sure of the style, measurements given, colour, and any other specifications before submitting your order. For an echange to be honoured, we must receive the gown within 5 business days of receipt (provide verified shipping/tracking information). Please contact us if you require clarification or further information.
What are my payment options?
All Orders should be placed on our website using the secure online order form which allows you to make your payment on-line. Please acknowledge that any information you submit is handled in the strictest confidence. Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Payments take up to 24 hours to process in our system. Once Payment and your specifications have been confirmed your order will be place into production. We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. We can also accept mony orders, Bank Transfer, or Cheques. Please contact us for further details regarding these options.
Is there a charge for sales tax?
We have absorbed any sales tax fees where applicable.
How do I decide what size to order?
All dresses are custom made to fit your unique body size. Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure for Your Gown. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed. You are responsible for the measurements ordered and or whether or not to order extra length. Bridal Butterfly cannot assume any responsibility for incorrect sizing placed by the orderer.
