Return and Exchanges
There are no returns or exchangess for custom cut gowns (gowns made as per your measurements given). However, if your gown received is faulty, incorrect gown ordered/style, or incorrect colour, Bridal Butterfly will issue an exchange. For an echange to be honoured, we must receive the gown within 5 business days of receipt (provide verified shipping/tracking information. Please ensure of the style, measurements, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Also, standardized dye lots cannot be guaranteed for orders with multiple gown styles. Please contact us if you require clarification or further information.
Ordering Process
All Orders should be placed on our website using the secure online order form which allows you to make your payment on-line. Please acknowledge that any information you submit is handled in the strictest confidence. Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Payments take up to 24 hours to process in our system. Once Payment and your specifications have been confirmed your order will be place into production. If preferable, we can also accept mony orders, Bank Transfer, or Cheques. Please contact us for further details regarding these options.
Shipping
The fee will display during the online ordering process. Due to our small profit margins, we are unable to absorb this fee.
It may be a good idea you consider using your work address as the shipping address if there is no one available at your residence during the day to sign for and accept the package. While we insist that the driver receive a signature at the time of drop-off, it is at their discretion to leave a package at an address if they feel it is secure. We ship Worldwide! Orders shipped outside Australia are sent via DHL. Shipping charges will be displayed during the online ordering process.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may be incurred for certain order specifications. The availability of these specifications is dependent on the capabilities of our manufacturers. The charges reflect manufacturers set up fee.
